Being on a GLP-1 also drives up the need for protein if you don't want to lose muscle along with fat!

Also, Iris ventures, a growth equity firm based in Barcelona recently published a new report on longevity covering everything from hydration to M&A in the functional nutrition space to glp-1s. Of course, protein was covered, highlighting how protein is now a fundamental pillar of long term health especially as awareness grows via talking heads like Huberman, Attia of its important and consumer expectations change as they expect protein in more and more meals/formats.
